WASHINGTON - Vice President Joe Biden once again sent the White House into damage control mode Friday, after he was caught posing as a reporter.  The incident took place during a presidential news conference in the Rose Garden, where President Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper were taking questions on issues of international finance.
